Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal for Business Customers

Moderamed (FadMo International Trade s. r. o.) is a B2B platform exclusively for business customers — specifically physicians, clinics, medical practices, and licensed professionals in medical aesthetics.

No statutory right of withdrawal for consumers applies, as all contracts concluded via moderamed.com are exclusively with business customers (B2B). Consumer distance selling regulations do not apply.

Return of Medical Products

Due to the specific requirements regarding product safety, storage, and CE certification of medical aesthetic products:

Products whose original packaging has been opened or whose seal has been broken are excluded from return.
Products subject to special storage or refrigeration requirements cannot be accepted for return after delivery, as proper storage can no longer be guaranteed.

Goodwill Policy

In the case of delivery errors, damaged goods, or legitimate complaints, we will of course provide a solution. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your delivery:
